We follow a robust Child Protection Policy and all staff receive training relevant to their role at induction and throughout employment at the College. In relation to appointments, you should be aware that referees will be asked, 'Are you aware of any Child Protection allegations or issues of a similar nature in relation to this person? If so, please provide details'. If you would like to discuss such issues prior to making an application, please contact the Headteacher. Please note that Criminal Record Bureau checks are undertaken for all successful applicants, both at the point of employment and subsequently during employment.
